Confidence connection

The Nature Angels have chosen the flower of the St. John's wort plant for this week's message. My neighbors gave me a small clipping of this plant a couple of years ago. I have heard of this plant but didn't know what she looked like. This is the first year that she has bloomed and what a flower she has!

Her medicinal benefits go back to ancient Greece. St. John's wort has antibacterial, antioxidant, and antiviral properties.

Scientists really don't quite understand how it works but quite simply, nature heals us.

There are herbalists who can tell you all the amazing properties of this plant, but the Nature Angels work with me to bring you the specific healing energy of the image of the flower.

This flower is called the Sunburst St. John's Wort. When you look at it, you can see how it got its name.

We have chosen this flower specifically for its color and the way it grows.

This bright yellow color connects you with the energy center of your solar plexus and also with the energy of your sun.

The image of this flower helps you become more receptive to receive it.

Many pollinators come to this flower to receive what it has to offer. We also ask you to receive what it is bringing to you.

I fill up with the energy of the sun. I allow myself to receive it. This energy helps fill my solar plexus with confidence in my ability to shine my light into this world.

Why is it important that you allow this energy to flow into you?

We do understand how there are always outside factors that can cause you to lose confidence in yourself. As humans you need to check your energy regularly to see if it has been depleted.

Wow! What a beautiful message from the Nature Angels. They are always here for us.

Sometimes old thoughts and beliefs prevent you from going out into the world doing what you are meant to do.
