Healing heart energy for you

I had a wonderful time on vacation. I have a natural love for the water, and I love being in the ocean. I was by the Caribbean Sea where the water is so calm, and the color is such a beautiful shade of turquoise. I was sending so much love and gratitude to Mother Earth and I was receiving such peace and tranquility from her.

Towards the end of vacation, I did catch COVID. I have been covid-free for the last 3 years, but I developed symptoms on the day I was coming home. This forced me to completely be at rest when I got home.

The Nature Angels must have known that this was part of what I was to experience so they had already planned ahead to do an easy newsletter.

The flower they want us to work with this week is called the bleeding heart. I actually feel a negative reaction to the name because bleeding heart has evolved into a meaning that isn't the most positive.

The flower got its name because in addition to being heart-shaped, in some cases, it can appear there is a drop of blood coming from the bottom of the flower.

The plant that is growing in my garden is a beautiful shade of magenta pink.

The Nature Angels ask that you look at this photograph with a neutral energy and notice how you feel.

You may feel love filling your heart as you look at this photo. You also may feel heartache that needs to be resolved.

If this is the case, let the Angels help you lift your heartache away.

Please say:

I let my Angels nurture me and take away my heartache. I fill up with pure, unconditional love from the Divine.

If you are feeling all the love, you can say:

I allow myself to be filled with love until it is overflowing throughout my entire human vessel!

Finally, I leave you with a photo I took of myself leaning against a tree while I was on vacation. This tree was massive, I'm sure more than 100 years old. It was actually in the center of the seating area in the restaurant. They had cut out a hole in the roof to allow the branches to grow above it.

I leaned my back against this majestic tree, and I felt so loved. Maybe you'll be able to see it in my eyes in the photograph. You don't have to go on vacation to connect with a tree. Find one that is calling to you and let it give you some loving support.

There is so much beauty and love in this world for us from nature. Be open to receive it.
